Drews4FirstAid have the following terms & conditions.

No Direct/Indirect Offers Of Work To Our Instructors

You are not to approach any of our instructors directly/indirectly for work for any reason. Any requests should be directed directly to Drews4FirstAid.

Course Times & Dates

We reserve the right to reschedule any course as required to suit the business requirements.


Payments for all training is expected in full no later than 7 days before training takes place. If payment is not received by the first days training then a new invoice will be issued every 7 days with a late payment charge of 10% on the last invoice issued or the training may be cancelled.

So for example if your invoice is for £100 then a 10% late payment charge would make the invoice £110 after 7 days. After 14 days another invoice would be issued for £110 plus again 10% making the new invoice £121 and so on. After 4 weeks the debt is passed on to our debt collections team at www.debtcollect.co.uk who will arrange to come and collect the payment on our behalf. If you have any issues with payment please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations or Rescheduled Bookings

Cancellation of any course for any reason will incur a 50% charge of the total course price. If the cancellation is within 7 working days of the start date no refund will be given. Failure to attend your course without notification will result in the final payment being charged to your card.

Price Promise

Drews4FirstAid will match any online advertised price for the services we offer from a competitor.
